What I Offer

My goal is to help you release muscles that have been stuck, so your body moves freely without pain.

Modalities Used

Myofascial Release

Deep Tissue

Active Stretching

Structural Integration

Movement Education

Each session is customized to your individual need that’s meant to address your symptoms, find the root problem and help you maintain a pain-free body.

At the beginning of each session, we’ll talk about what issues you’re having. I’ll then assess your body and look for patterns that are contributing to your discomfort.

I use a combination of myofascial release, structural integration and active stretching techniques to balance your body and bring it back into alignment.

We’ll have an open dialogue during the massage. I’ll ask you questions about how a particular area in your body feels. And I’ll also have you move part of your body, like swinging your leg or arm. This helps stretch out muscles and expand your range of motion.

This is also time for you to get to know your own body better.

I’ll happily share what I feel If you’re curious about "What's that muscle?"

Sometimes, emotions can get trapped in the body leading to habits and patterns that can cause physical pain. If this is what’s happening, we’ll talk during the massage to help release those emotions and get your body back to a state of ease.

After the massage, we’ll have you move your body to see how it’s working. We’ll also talk about ways you can maintain this movement at home.
